Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how GrowthOps HQ uses cookies and similar technologies on growthopshq.com, including technologies such as local storage or session storage where applicable.

Some of these technologies are necessary for the website to work as you'd expect, while others are used only for the specific purposes described below and only with your permission.

GrowthOps HQ is a trading name of Rasharn Fraser, a sole trader operating in England and Wales.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your device by a website or service. Similar technologies – such as local storage, session storage, scripts and tags – can also store or read information on your device even where no traditional cookie file is created. This policy covers all of them.

3. What this website actually uses

We reviewed the website's code. It currently uses only the two items below. It does not set any HTTP cookies of its own.

NameTypePurposeCategoryDurationParty
ghq_cookie_consentLocal storageRemembers whether you accepted or rejected optional storage, so we don't ask on every page.Strictly necessary (remembering your privacy choice)Persistent – stays until you clear site data or change your choiceFirst-party
ghq_attributionSession storageOnly if you accept: remembers how you found us during your visit – campaign link details (UTM parameters and Google/Meta click IDs, if present in the link), your landing page and the referring website. If you then send us an enquiry form, these details are sent with it so we know where enquiries come from.Optional – marketing/lead attribution (consent required)Session – normally cleared when you close the browser tabFirst-party

Both are set by GrowthOps HQ through this website (first-party). No third-party cookies or storage are set by this website.

4. Strictly necessary

Storing your privacy choice (ghq_cookie_consent) is needed so we can respect it. Strictly necessary technologies don't require consent, but we still tell you about them here.

5. Campaign source storage (optional)

Remembering how you found us (ghq_attribution) helps us see which links and campaigns bring in enquiries. Because it can be linked to an enquiry you send us, we don't treat it as strictly necessary or purely statistical. It is only stored if you click Accept. If you reject, or haven't chosen yet, nothing is stored for this purpose.

If you later reject, the stored details are removed straight away.

6. Analytics and advertising

GrowthOps HQ does not currently use analytics tools, or advertising or behavioural-targeting cookies, on this website. No tracking pixels or tag managers are loaded. If this changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first where required.

7. Third-party services

Fonts: the website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to download them, which shares your IP address and browser details with Google. This website does not use it to set cookies.

Payments: plan buttons take you to our payment provider's own secure pages. Nothing from the payment provider loads on this website before you click. Once you're on their pages, they may use their own cookies and storage under their own policies.

8. Your choices

You can accept or reject optional storage when you first visit, and change your mind at any time using (also in the footer). Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and carrying on browsing doesn't count as consent.

You can also use your browser settings to view stored website data, delete or block cookies, clear site data, or browse privately. Clearing site data removes your saved choice, so we'll ask again. Blocking strictly necessary storage means we can't remember your choice.

9. Personal data

Some of this information – such as campaign details sent with an enquiry – may be personal data, or become personal data when combined with other information. Our Privacy Policy explains our lawful bases, who we share data with, how long we keep it, international transfers, your rights and how to complain.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website's technology, providers, cookies or storage change, or when legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
