What does it cost?+
One price list for every industry. Core Growth System: £297 to get started, including setup, customisation and your first month, then £497 per month. Connected Growth System, for two connected outcomes: £497 to get started, including setup, customisation and your first month, then £697 per month. Advanced Growth System: from £897 per month, scoped around complexity and expected usage.
Why is there no special price for my trade?+
Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the system you need, not on whether you are a roofer, plumber, garage, electrician, builder or anything else.
Is every GrowthOps system included in the Core price?+
No. The Core Growth System solves one important bottleneck. It may contain several connected components, such as immediate replies, qualification, booking and reminders, but only those required to achieve its one outcome. AI voice, unlimited calling, reactivation at scale and multiple systems are not bundled into the Core price.
Which level should I choose?+
Most businesses should start with the Core Growth System. Answer the two questions in the system explorer, or book a free 15 minute Growth Systems Audit, and we will recommend the simplest system that solves your biggest bottleneck. We will not recommend a bigger level than you need.
What is GrowthOps HQ?+
GrowthOps HQ installs AI powered lead conversion, follow up and reputation systems for local service businesses. We help companies improve how they respond to enquiries, organise opportunities, follow up with potential customers and request genuine feedback after completed work.
Is this just another CRM?+
No. The CRM provides part of the underlying infrastructure, but the service is the complete installation, customisation and ongoing support of workflows designed around your business process.
What does the initial payment cover?+
It covers building your system, customising the workflows and messages around your business, connecting approved tools and launching everything, plus your first month of service. After that you pay the ongoing monthly fee shown on your system page.
Am I locked into a long contract?+
No. The monthly service continues until you stop it. The initial setup payment covers work already carried out once your build has started.
Are phone and message costs included?+
Platform usage can vary significantly between businesses. Telephone minutes, SMS messages, emails, WhatsApp conversations and other third party costs may be billed separately or covered by an agreed allowance. All relevant charges will be explained before launch.
Can you guarantee more customers?+
No responsible provider can guarantee a particular number of customers, revenue or bookings. GrowthOps HQ installs systems intended to improve response, follow up and opportunity management, but results also depend on lead quality, demand, pricing, sales ability, service quality and other business factors.
Can you guarantee five star Google reviews?+
No. Reviews must represent genuine customer experiences. We automate the request process and make leaving honest feedback more convenient, but we do not control the rating or what a customer chooses to write.
Do you create or purchase reviews?+
No. We do not create, purchase or fabricate reviews. The system is designed for genuine customers who have had a real experience with the business.
Can the AI replace my entire team?+
The system is intended to support your team, handle agreed repetitive processes and improve response coverage. Human involvement remains important for complex enquiries, sensitive situations, specialist advice and final sales decisions.
Will the system work with my current phone number and website?+
In many cases, the system can be connected to existing business assets, but the exact setup depends on your current telephone provider, website, calendar, CRM and other software. We confirm compatibility from the details you provide in the written setup form.
How long does implementation take?+
Most systems are built shortly after your setup form is received. Integrations and unusual workflows can add time, and we tell you the realistic plan in writing rather than promising the same timeline for every business.
Do I have to speak to anyone before buying?+
No. You can see the system for your trade, see the price and start your setup online. Speaking to someone is entirely optional: an optional setup call is available afterwards, and a free 15 minute Growth Systems Audit is available if you would prefer us to review your current process with you first.
What if my trade is not listed?+
Choose the option for other service businesses. You are asked what you want customers to book, and your system is configured around that instead of a fixed trade template.
